All our vehicles are purpose-built for motorhome transport and designed for large and tall vehicles. We can handle motorhomes up to 4.5 m in height and up to 4.0 m when loaded on the flatbed. We collect across all of Europe and cooperate with most insurance companies.

When you buy from us, we want you to feel safe.
Used parts
Used parts are covered by a functional warranty, meaning the part should fit and work when correctly installed, unless otherwise agreed in writing by email.
If something is wrong or the part does not fit, you must contact us immediately so we can solve it together, unless otherwise agreed in writing by email.
Please make sure the part is the correct one before installation. To avoid mistakes, we recommend attaching photos of the part when requesting or ordering.
For used parts, we do not issue cash refunds, unless otherwise agreed in writing by email. For approved claims, you receive a credit note which can be used for all our services, e.g. workshop, service, new parts, recovery and other services.
New parts
New parts always carry a 12-month warranty, unless otherwise agreed in writing by email. For claims, the faulty item must be sent to us for inspection. After the fault has been verified and approved, we will send a replacement part to you.
Electronics
For electronic parts (new and used), special conditions apply. Please contact us by email for exact details, unless otherwise agreed in writing by email.

Returns & claims
If a part does not work or does not fit as agreed, you must contact us immediately, unless otherwise agreed in writing by email.
For claims you must contact us to obtain an RMA number before any return or action is taken. Claims without a valid RMA number may not be handled, unless otherwise agreed in writing by email.
For approved claims on used parts, no cash refund is issued; a credit note is provided according to our terms, unless otherwise agreed in writing by email.
